Shower Hijack: 'I Love...' Cosmetics Partner With Coppafeel For A Revolutionary Campaign

As a massive advocate for looking after your own health and well-being, the new partnership between affordable beauty brand 'I Love...' and breast cancer charity Coppafeel really struck a chord with me. Put bluntly, checking your boobs regularly for changes or abnormalities could save your life; it could be swelling, bruising, an inverted nipple or dimpling of the skin, but any kind of change needs to be noted and potentially checked out. This Spring 'I Love...' are the first brand to launch a product that contains a long list of helpful tips and information on the back of their appropriately named Perfectly Peachy bath and shower creme, rather than lengthy descriptions and ingredients in five languages. They're utilising this space in the best possible way, encouraging women across the UK to check their lady lumps every time they jump in the shower or bath and lather up with a touch of their bubbly stuff.

It's all well and good being told to look for a bazillion different things from a magazine over lunch, on the telly while you're sipping your coffee or in the doctor's surgery when you're more concerned with catching flu off a snotty kid - but because it's not exactly appropriate to start massaging your bazoonkas right there and then, we often forget. The launch of this innovative campaign puts the information right in front of you when you need it most: when you're stark naked and have time on your hands waiting for the conditioner to get to work. Genius.

Although the actual product is a little sweet and artificially scented for my liking, you can't complain at £2.99 a bottle. I really hope this is the first step of other brands taking note and using their packaging more effectively in the lead-up to Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October; I'd much prefer products to have information about checking our boobs and what to do about it, rather than just a pink ribbon and the promise to donate money to charity. Bravo 'I Love...', bravo.

What do you think about this innovative collaboration?

The 'I Love...' limited edition Perfectly Peachy shower and bath creme is available from Boots stores nationwide and online, priced £2.99.
