If there was one perfect opportunity to indulge a little, then it's got to be Christmas. For the rest of the year we can find excuses not to treat ourselves or resist the urge to splash out on loved ones, but this one moment in time provides an excuse and reason to throw all that out the window. From glitter and champagne enriched shower gels, to gold-plated hairbrushes and luxury crackers, there are tonnes of super covetable gifts available this season - and if you're in a last minute panic ahead of the big day, let this provide a little inspiration. Whether you're shopping for a loved one that adores the luxurious, or simply want to treat them to some over-indulgent goodies, I've rounded up some of the best for your enjoyment.

1. Urban Decay Vice Lipstick Palette (£31.50)
Lipstick palettes were all the rage when I was growing up, but in the present day they can be a little faffy and outdated. However, this beauty from Urban Decay makes creating statement lips beautifully enjoyable. It's compact enough to slip into your bag, while the included brush extends to help create a super precise finish; the colour range includes everything from nudes and pinks right up to bold reds and berry tones, ensuring there's every look you're after. It's a great price for the number of shades and it provides a great intro to Urban Decay lipsticks, but best of all: it just looks hot.

2. Lancome Audacity In London Palette (£42.00)
I'm so over the Naked eyeshadows; I want something a little more exciting and indulgent. This limited edition palette (designed by Creative Director Lisa Eldridge,) contains four separate looks that each include four separate shades; that's a whopping 16 eyeshadow pans for only £42.00. The palette itself is inspired by the streets of London and the tones included are slightly edgy, while being incredibly wearable, together providing a great selection of tones that anyone would love. Although they don't show up well in the image, the colours include nude-browns, lilacs, khakis and silver-greys with a sprinkling of metallic. I adore it and you will too.

3. Molton Brown Vintage 2016 with Elderflower Bath & Shower Gel (£22.00)
This is the most ridiculously extravagant purchase you may ever make, but boy it's worth it! Elderflower is having a moment, while champagne never goes out of style; put them together in a glittery shower gel base and you've got a moment of indulgence that's incomparable. It smells subtle but delicious, turning your morning shower into your own little party.

4. Jo Malone Christmas Cracker (£33.00)
Possibly the most covetable of all the Christmas crackers, the Jo Malone version sells out almost immediately after launch. Although it's sold out in the mini size online, I've seen it in a few department stores during my last minute shopping - so if you want to get one, there's still a possibility of tracking one down. The beautiful design hides three minis: Basil & Neroli Cologne, Blackberry & Bay Body & Hand Wash and Mimosa & Cardamom Body Crème. It's a perfect treat for any Jo Malone lover, or simply those that like the finer things in life. (If you're feeling super spendy, the mega version is also available for £206.00!)

5. Bare Minerals Glow Together Highlighter Trio (£29.00)
Oh Bare Minerals, you've absolutely nailed your festive collection this year. There are SO many beautiful limited edition palettes and treats, all offering incredible value and turning just another piece of makeup into something super special. These three highlighter domes are some of my personal faves, each helping to enhance the features and add a touch of light to any dull complexion; whether you use all three together to subtly contour or simply opt for one to bring warmth, the result is a natural radiance everyone will embrace.

6. Wet Brush Droplets Gold Hair Brush (£12.99)
I've been using Wet Brushes for ages and they're incompatible to anything else. Their simple designs and lightweight bristles help the brush glide through hair, detangling in an instant without damaging hair with excess force. This golden 'droplet' design is a stunner, turning something quite functional into a piece of awesome; it makes me feel like a princess every time I use it, and who doesn't want that in front of their dressing table mirror every morning? A little bit of luxury without costing a fortune, this is a gift for all ages.

7. MUA Luxe 5 Piece Lip Lacquer Set (£15.00)
Lip lacquers are incredibly on-trend right now, turning a traditional lipstick into something slightly edgy and more modern. A matte creamy lip screams expensive, but this five piece set makes luxury incredibly attainable - each lip cream works out as only £3.00 each. The texture is lightweight and easy to apply, while the colour is pigmented and relatively long-lasting. With a couple of different colour combos to choose from, this is a wise way to update your makeup bag for winter or a simple stocking filler for those with a lip obsession. MUA are making a comeback, and this is the proof.
