Burt's Bees Launch NEW Lip Colour Collection (Shine, Gloss & Shimmer)

Burt's Bees lip balm is one product I can't live without. I love the smooth texture, the hydrating nature and the uplifting scent it provides as you add a slick to lips. Available in lots of different flavours, and even with tinted varieties, it's the perfect lip product for Spring. In an exciting move for the brand, Burt's Bees are expanding to their colour collection with a range of new products that include Lip Shimmers, Lip Glosses and Lip Shines. All three provide a different texture, a hit of colour and a smooth finish to make lips look and feel great, without compromising on their heritage of beeswax and natural ingredients.


The Lip Shine tubes provide a super shiny and glossy finish, with a texture that isn't sticky or gloopy. They glide over lips with a subtle sweet scent to leave them feeling fab, while the angled applicator minimises wastage and helps get the gloss exactly where you need it. The Lip Shimmer mini balms are great for carrying around, thanks to their super slim packaging and teeny tiny balm tip - these are perfect for touch-ups and for adding a subtle hint of colour and shimmer to otherwise naked lips. Including the iconic Burt's Bees scent and texture, these will be a firm favourite for those existing Burt's addicts.

What's most exciting though is the launch of the highly pigmented Lip Glosses, which provide a serious colour boost and a thick texture for longevity; they are quite sticky, but they stay on lips much longer to provide a great lipstick alternative. Each range is available in multiple shades, from nude right through to bright reds and deep berry colours, so there's something for everyone. All three varieties are 100% natural and contain fabulous incredients that include Jojoba, Sunflower and Botanical Oil - great for those of you concerned with what you're putting on your lips, considering the average person consumes around eight lipglosses a year.

Launching in May and affordably priced (starting at £5.99 for the Lip Balms up to £8.99 for the Lip Glosses,) it's great to see one of my favourite brands expanding into an arena that they're celebrated for.
