I wrote about the newest fragrance from Burberry a little while ago, introducing you to their ambassador and poster girl Cara Delevinge, but now I've been able to put the fragrance to the test myself. I have a huge fragrance collection that spans genre, style, influence and depth as I like to be able to match my scent to my mood and occasion. If it slips my mind to wear a scent it's almost like I'm not fully dressed, forgetting to put on that all important last accessory that can make or break your look. I'm not a huge fan of celebrity fragrances and their sweet notes, preferring to spritz something a whole lot more subtle and simple over my skin; Tender is a perfect addition to my collection and a fragrance that uplifts me while being equally comforting. If there was a scent that felt like a white warm towel being wrapped around you by your mum, then this would be it. The slightly powdery scent brings out the floral notes, providing a result quite unique from anything else I currently own. I've felt myself leaning towards this scent on a daily basis, letting it provide me with a delicate Spring perfume that complements whatever I'm wearing. The bottle is delicious, subtle and elegant while maintaining the Burberry signature pattern across the box and cap. I love the length of the glass and how it sits proudly higher than anything else on my dressing table. This isn't just a celebrity endorsed scent or a brand capitalising on their latest catwalk show, but a scent clearly put together with love. It will most definitely be a staple perfume for me this Springtime... If its good enough for Cara?
