Over the last couple of years the signs of ageing have really started to bother me. On the whole my skin is in pretty good nick and I take care of it well, but that doesn't stop those fine lines creeping in around the eyes and forehead. Whether you embrace them or battle them is completely down to personal choice, but for me it's all about minimising their appearance as much as possible and ensuring my overall complexion looks fresh and rested (even if I'm mentally and physically exhausted from keeping too many balls in the air.) In the run up to my wedding last year I seriously considered getting Botox on areas that were making me feel slightly self-conscious, especially when I put so many pictures of myself on the internet; the main niggly issue I'd see in the mirror every day was this deep crease between my brows, which became more prominent throughout the day as my makeup sank into it. I really didn't want my wedding photos to show this deep-set crease I was so aware of, so I started to look into Botox as a serious option; for one reason or another I didn't go through with it, but in the last few months it's definitely been on the cards again.
