Get An Irresistible Summer Body In Only Five Minutes (With Help From Palmer's)

WASH AWAY THE DAY

Look for formulas free from alcohol and avoid those rich in synthetic fragrance; if you can pick a product that's free from sulphates it will also prevent your skin from being stripped of natural oils and leave it feeling refreshed. Small changes can make a big difference.

BUFF OFF THE BLUES
The combination of sweat and SPF can cause dead skin cells to become trapped under the surface, causing irritation, prickly heat and unsightly bumps. Regular exfoliation with a gentle scrub can help lift away dead skin cells and product build up, revealing the glowing skin beneath. A TOUCH OF TAN
