My lipgloss collection is vast, so when I keep reaching for something day after day you know it's offering something a little bit special. Urban Decay are well known for their expansive colour collection and lust-worthy packaging, but their new Revolution High Impact Colour Lipgloss takes that to a whole new level. These delicious looking packs contain an opaque, saturated, high-impact colour with an arresting, high-gloss finish - it brings the best of your favourite lipstick, alongside a wearable, creamy and glossy finish. Paired with a precise applicator, metallic pack and true-to-colour barrel, these twelve colours are definitely something to be reckoned with.
Including nude, bright, statement, shimmering, glamorous, understated and catwalk-ready shades and textures, there's a lipgloss for every personality and every occasion. I've been reaching for the understated 'Liar' shade on laid back Sundays, brightening up a simple look with a touch of bold pink 'Savage', while '69' works as a great alternative to a traditional red lipstick. These are so much more than just another gloss, offering a creamy-matte texture upon application that really lasts; it dries to leave a subtle but glamorous look that helps me to feel more 'done'. I've never known a 'gloss' to offer so much colour in one swipe, helping to subtly stain the lips underneath too. Although these can be a little drying if you use them repeatedly (my advice is to apply a rich coat of balm at the end of the day to replace any lost moisture,) they're comfortable to wear and definitely complete a look. As fun, powerful and long-lasting lip products go, this is definitely one to check out. Which colour from the twelve available stands out for you?
The Urban Decay Revolution High Impact Colour Lipgloss is available now, priced £15.00, in twelve different tones and textures.
