Although I've got a number of bloggers in my 'favourites' list, it's always good to shake things up and discover something new. Sometimes a fresh outlook, a new perspective and a different take can provide the best source of inspiration for your own site - as well as providing a great source of new reading material to past the time when there's nothing on the telly. Every month I'll be bringing you a short edit of bloggers to watch, with a quick summary of why they're worth checking out. This May it's the turn of six fabulous ladies with lots to say...

Aye Lined
Trona is a 38-year old mum from Scotland with a love for all things beauty. After becoming more interested in makeup while preparing for her wedding, the love evolved until she launched her own blog three years ago. From wishlists and edits, to line-ups of her favourite lipsticks and reviews of face masks with no-holds-barred pictures, this is one for anyone that needs a little inspiration.
Hope, Freedom, Love
I stumbled across Stephanie's blog after a frantic googling session and instantly fell in love with her clean, crisp, aspirational photography. Covering everything from the latest beauty launch, to edits of current faves and top tips for dealing with skincare issues, this is a beauty lover's paradise with a few top tips thrown in for good measure.
Luv Style
Lisa's mantra is 'you can look and feel fabulous at any age,' and so her content ensures that's more than possible. Recent posts include an edit of homeware I simply need, style stealing from Ashley Olsen and why you should pay a little more attention to Calvin Klein. Not just a beauty blog, this is a great place to visit when you're in need of a little inspiration.
Ginger Mum
Blogging about 'food, fashion, family, fun & fancy stuff' is Amanda, who decided to channel her passions and interests into one place after running social media for other people. Alongside her tanning business (Ginger Mum is a great place for tanning tips,) she writes about beauty, places to visit, adventures with her kids and so much more besides.
Hummingbird & The Rose
Written by lipstick loving Lucie, this blog is definitely one for the colour obsessed and MAC lovers among you. I love her bright and clear images, her in-depth reviews and attention to detail. She's also a fan of dupes, so if you want high street alternatives to premium favourites then it's well worth subscribing for future posts.
Bean's Beauty Blog
Georgie's site is beautifully laid out, making it incredibly inviting and easy to read. Her images are fab, while the topics covered aren't just reviews - from advice posts and lifestyle updates, to homeware hauls and recipes, there's something for everyone. If you like your blogs light and bright, this is one to check out.
